Once open, an account can then be funded via the secure client area of the web site by bank transfer, credit card or direct debit. We allow our clients to deposit funds with us in a variety of currencies.

You can fund your account from a selection of three currencies; £,$ and €. The currency you choose to fund your account can be converted to alternative currencies if you wish. Please speak to the Customer Service Team for further information on this.
You are able to transfer money between multiple accounts to satisfy margin requirements in certain circumstances.
Please note: CIX Markets can only accept funds sent from bank accounts held in the client’s name. Funds received from any third party’s account will be rejected and returned. If you have any questions please contact CIX Markets Customer Service Team before attempting any payments.
Withdrawal options generally depend on your deposit and trading history at the time you request the withdrawal. Our company policy is that all funds must be returned to the original source. This applies to all card, wire transfers and ACH transactions.
